Patna/Muzaffarpur: On the directions of the National Green Tribunal (NGT), the Bihar State Pollution Control Board has completely banned the bursting of crackers in Patna, Muzaffarpur, Vaishali and Gaya. A letter has been written to the DMs of these districts. Now people in these four districts of Bihar will not be able to make fireworks this time. There is silence in the biggest cracker market of North Bihar. At the same time, after the ban, crackers worth crores of rupees have also been eclipsed. Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh has said a few days ago that everyone will have to strictly follow this order. In other districts, eco-friendly crackers can be burst from 8 to 10 pm on Diwali and Gurpurab and from 6 am to 8 am on Chhath festival.
पटना/मुजफ्फरपुरः नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल (NGT) के निर्देश पर बिहार राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण पर्षद ने राज्य के पटना, मुजफ्फरपुर, वैशाली और गया में पटाखे छोड़ने पर पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है। इन जिलों के डीएम को पत्र लिखा गया है।अब बिहार के इन चार जिलों में लोग इस बार आतिशबाजी नहीं कर पाएंगे। उत्तर बिहार की सबसे बड़ी पटाखा मंडी में सन्नाटा पसर गया है। वहीं, पाबंदी के बाद कारोबरियों के करोड़ों रुपये के पटाखे पर भी ग्रहण लग गया ह। पटना के डीएम चंद्रशेखर सिंह ने कुछ दिनों पहले ही कहा है कि इस आदेश का सभी को सख्ती से पालन करना होगा। बाकी अन्य जिलों में ईको फ्रेंडली पटाखे दिवाली व गुरुपर्व के दिन रात 8 से रात 10 बजे तक और छठ पर्व में सुबह 6 से सुबह 8 बजे तक फोड़ सकते हैं।

राजधानी पटना, गया, मुजफ्फरपुर और वैशाली में इस बार आतिशबाजी तो दूर ग्रीन पटाखे भी नहीं फोड़े जाएंगे। इन चार शहरों को छोड़कर प्रदूषण बोर्ड ने बिहार के अन्य सभी शहरों को दिवाली पर रात 8 बजे से रात 10 बजे तक दो घंटे के लिए केवल हरे पटाखों का उपयोग करने की अनुमति दी है। पटाखों की बिक्री पर रोक लगने के बाद से इन जिलों के लोगों की दिवाली फीकी हो गई हैl मुजफ्फरपुर के छाता बाजार स्थित पटाखा मंडी आसपास के जिलों में पटाखों के व्यापार के लिए प्रसिद्ध l यहां से अन्य व्यापारी शादी समारोह और दिवाली से लेकर छठ तक के लिए पटाखे खरीद कर ले जाते हैं। ऐसे में इस क्षेत्र में ग्रीन पटाखों पर भी लगे प्रतिबंध ने व्यापारियों की कमर तोड़ दी है।

इधर, मुजफ्फरपुर में पटाखा दुकानदारों का कहना है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश पर ग्रीन पटाखा बन रहा है और अब इसके भी बेचने और उपयोग पर पूर्णतः रोक से हम पूरी तरह से बर्बाद हो जाएंगे। कोरोना काल में लगन के नहीं होने से व्यवसाय नहीं हो पाया वहीं अब इस तरह के प्रतिबंध से इस बार भी धंधा चौपट हो गया। वे दिवाली में बेचे जाने वाले पटाखे भी खरीद चुके हैं, अगर नहीं बिका तो वे बर्बाद हो जाएंगे।

पटाखा संघ के अध्यक्ष इम्तेयाज अहमद ने बताया कि एनजीटी ने जिस तरह से दिवाली से दस दिन पहले रोक लगाया है इससे व्यवसायियों पर काफी असर पड़ेगा। यहां से मुजफ्फरपुर और आसपास के कई जिलों में पटाखा सप्लाई होता है। रोक लगाए जाने के कारण करोड़ों रुपये का नुकसान होगा। क्योंकि हमलोगों ने पटाखा खरीदकर स्टॉक कर लिया है।
