1. School for class 9 to 12 will reopen from 07th August with 50% attendance.
2. All types of colleges, universities and technical education institutions will reopen and will have to start operating at 50% capacity of the total attendance.
3. Schools from class 1 to 8 will also open from August 16. Classes for these students will also be conducted at 50% capacity of the total attendance.
4. Educational institutions shall ensure proper cleanliness of classrooms for the safety of all.
5. With the resumption of online classes, attendance has not been made mandatory as before. Hence, students can still continue with their classes.
6. Coaching institutes preparing students for competitive examinations belonging to class 10 above syllabus are also allowed to reopen and operate at 50% capacity. However, only those who have been vaccinated will be allowed to attend the class.
7. The order said that Kasturba Gandhi Balika Residential School and SC/ST Residential School and Karpuri Hostels will also be allowed to reopen and accept admission.
8. The conduct of competitive examinations for appointment / admission / selection in various professional courses in the state will also be resumed. These are the courses which are run by the state government commissions, boards and other equivalent institutions.
In addition to all these, the State Health Department will also make special arrangements for immunization of adult students, teachers and staff of all educational institutions. Schools for junior classes are to start from August 16.

5. ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं फिर से शुरू करने के साथ-साथ पहले की तरह उपस्थिति को अभी तक अनिवार्य नहीं किया गया है. इसलिए, छात्र अभी भी अपनी कक्षाएं जारी रख सकते हैं.
6. कक्षा 10 से ऊपर के सिलेबस से संबंधित प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए छात्रों को तैयार करने वाले कोचिंग संस्थानों को भी 50% क्षमता पर फिर से खोलने और संचालित करने की अनुमति है. हालांकि, केवल उन्हें ही क्लास में शामिल होने की अनुमति होगी जिन्हें वैक्सीन लग चुकी है.
7. आदेश में कहा गया है कि कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय और अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति आवासीय विद्यालय और कर्पूरी छात्रावासों को भी फिर से खोलने और प्रवेश स्वीकार करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी.
8. राज्य के विभिन्न व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों में नियुक्ति/प्रवेश/चयन के लिए प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं का आयोजन भी फिर से शुरू होगा. ये ऐसे पाठ्यक्रम हैं जो राज्य सरकार के आयोग, बोर्ड और अन्य समकक्ष संस्थानों द्वारा चलाए जाते हैं.
#Note-एन सभी के अतिरिक्त, राज्य स्वास्थ्य विभाग सभी शिक्षण संस्थानों के वयस्क छात्रों, शिक्षकों और कर्मचारियों के टीकाकरण के लिए विशेष व्यवस्था भी करेगा. जूनियर क्लासेज़ के लिए स्कूल 16 अगस्त से शुरू होने हैं.
